ALL LUNCHES ARE SERVED WITH MILK OR WATER

• Potatoes - boil and bake in their skins and eat the skins where appropriate

• Vegetables - Do not overcook vegetables, cook just enough to soften

• Fruit - fresh fruit or dried fruit (currants, raisins, sultanas, dates, prunes, apricots and figs are high in fibre)

• Finger foods will be served with main meals as appropriate
